We are happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind within 14 days of your order arriving. We will also accept returns of faulty items. We are only able to accept returns on items if they are sent back in a resalable condition, unopened in their original packaging. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns once opened and the tamper seal is broken, unless the item is faulty.

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released.

Pre-order time frames are as accurate as possible however may be subject to change. You will be informed if there are any changes to your pre-ordered item.
