About Annie

Annie has had a love of sport her whole life and been a long time runner competing in athletics from a young age. And has competed in various fitness competitions over many years. Finally turning her love for all things health and fitness Annie obtained her personal training qualifications in 2021; Annie has a Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness. 

Annie currently works with clients of all ages, genders, and fitness levels, and loves nothing more than seeing her clients achieve their goals. Annie is incredibly passionate about living a balanced life where we are active, mindful, fuel our bodies accordingly. 

Annie offers online coaching as well as limited face to face training where she specialises in strength training and running programs.
